I have been reading about what are called "functional fruit" juices for cholesterol and the two juices are Tru Noni and Acai. Is there a difference between their effectiveness
Noni juice has been shown in clinical studies to reduce the cholesterol levels in smokers. The actual study was done using TAHITIAN NONI juice that is a blend of Noni with other less expensive fruit flavors. But there are more potent Noni juice products that are 100% pure like Tru Noni juice from Hawaii. I often wonder how much better the results in the study would have been if they used Tru Noni juice. In any case, the Tru Noni juice has worked will for me the past nine months.
The acai berry is know more as an antioxidant and I have seen many fat burner pills that seem very expensive and could be a scam playing the Acai name. Not too sure.
Your best bet is to do the Tru Noni juice and do a Google search to find more info on the Acai products that vary across the Internet.
