if a person is not overweight, and has a normal bmi, would taking acai juice help slim down that person a little? or does it only work if you’re overweight?
It doesn’t work for anybody. I don’t know how the manufactures of these products can get away with telling such lies and making claims that are absolutely not true.
Just type in acai and scam. You will only lose money not weight
If you must try them buy in local health food stores or Walmart. There are more antioxidants in fresh berries – blueberries, cranberries, black cherries. Antioxidants do not aid weight loss.

and do i need the colon cleanse with it like they sell online? or can i just use the juice/berries alone?
One thing that brought my dieting and losing weight out of the plateau I was in so long was the Acai Berry. I was stuck at my weight loss goals and this brought me through it and made me lose a lot of weight. So in my opinion it helped me lose weight tremendously. I know a lot of that dieting stuff is expensive but I found a free trial of Acai Berry(I think it only cost me like 7-8 bucks at the time for shipping.) Is the taste similar to any other kinds of juices?
They have some at our supermarket for a few dollars and I thought maybe I’d try it, but I didn’t know if it’s one of those things that doesn’t taste great but people drink anyway for the health benefits. Thanks!
I think it’s very sweet and tastes just like any other berry type of juice. Reminds me of mixed berries.
