Searching the internet provides the following recipe:
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice*
2/3 cup frozen whole strawberries
1 banana — sliced
2 scoops vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until all the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth.
This recipe yields one 24-ounce drink.
However, this can’t be correct. The listed ingredients for the Citrus Squeeze Smoothie on the jamba juice site include pineapple juice and orange sherbert, which are obviously not included in the above recipe.
So does anyone know the actual recipe for the Citrus Squeeze? Any answers would be well appreciated. Thanks.
at the store they have a print out with the ingredients of each drink. due to the health department regulations it must reveal the ingredients. there is also a recipe book for their recipes.

I like making homemade orange juice . I would like to take it to school the following day .
Problem is , if I refrigirate the juice over night , it tastes really bitter in the morning .
And I can’t get up early in the morning and turn on my juice machine because I don’t want to wake up my whole family .
Any ideas on what I should do ?
Just make homemade orange juice and put it in the refrigerator.Only once it’s in the fridge, put a small box of arm and hammer baking soda.Open it first and just put the box of baking soda aside from the orange juice. What is in the baking soda, keeps the orange juice fresh and not bitter. But it must be
set that way as soon as you make the orange juice, and keep it like that over night. When you wake up you’ll have freshly squeezed orange juice, bright and early in the morning.
Trust me this always works my boy.

I’m not at all addicted to fruit juice, but (because I’m an older guy) I’ve been forcing myself to drink a lot of cranberry juice (daily) the past few years because of cranberries’ positive effect on urinary health.
A few days ago I heard about the report that drinking fruit juice on a daily basis dramatically increases some serious negative health condition–but I do not recall what that condition is. Anyone know?
The most recent problem with fruit juices is the sugars they naturally contain. Fructose, and other sugars, lead to weight gain. This weight gain is primarily in and around the belly. Belly fat is the most dangerous fat. It can decrease ones ability to open the diaphragm and breath properly and cause heart problems. The sugar in fruit juices can cause a rise in insulin levels and increase the risk of diabetes.
If you are drinking the sugar free calorie reduced ( so they don’t just substitute the sugar for fructose or other sugars) and you only drink a cup or two a day, it don’t think it would hurt you at all. I used to drink a cranberry juice that had like 30 calories a cup. That one should be fine for you.
Other dangers of fruit juices are they may interact with some medications, especially grapefruit juice and grapefruits, some orange juice and apple juices
Other dangers are from drinking unpasteurized fruit juice and these have sometimes carried diseases like salmonella.
I hope this has answered your question

I have i science project and the quetion is:
What slows spoilage from an apple better, orange juice or lemon juice ?
I did reacerch on google and it said lemon juice works better but, i dont know why it does.
does it hav a special chemical or anything?
i already searched google and it doesnt have it.
Please give me the right awnser.
Both orange juice and lemon juice have citric acid, which acts as a natural preservative, but orange juice contains more sugar, which encourages bacterial growth.

* 1 scoop of raspberry sherbet
* 1 scoop fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
* 1 cup of ice

——————————————————————-
strawberries wild
2 scoops strawberries (approx 10 strawberries)
1 banana
2 scoops frozen yogurt
1 scoop ice
8 oz apple juice
banana berry
2 scoops blueberries (a handful or so)
1 banana
2 scoops frozen yogurt
1 scoop ice
8 oz apple juice
peach pleasure, sorta
2 scoops peaches
1 banana
2 scoops frozen yogurt
1 scoop ice
8 oz orange juice or v-8 tropical splash
ice is usually optional – can just add more juice. i’ve added other fruits (pears, parsimmons) with varying results. staples are bananas and frozen yogurt, then just varying the fruit and juice mixes. most stuff tastes fine together, and it’s great to start your day. you can get frozen fruit at safeway, and sometimes huge bags from costco (6# bag of strawberries for 6 bucks!)

Any tips on how to drink it without feeling like it is going to make me throw up?

I’m considering buying one of the juice machines like Jack La Lane’s or another similar one. Will I save money by making my own juices such as grape and orange juice? If so, will it be enough savings to make the purchase worthwhile?
No!

I drink lots of orange juice (with Calcium and Vitamin D) and take a vitamin every day, and I have this productive cough. Can these help me get rid of it?
Note: I do not take any OTC medicines, nor do I want to take them anyway.
Vitamins are good to take and orange juice is good for you, but there are no real cures for your cough(if it is from viral infection). A productive cough is not necessarily a bad thing in the short term. If it persists for more than a week go see a doc. An expectorant won’t do anything for you if it is already productive. That is used to make a dry unproductive cough more watery and productive. If you are annoyed by coughing spells and can’t relax the best thing to do is take a cough syrup, but you don’t take those. Drink plenty of fluids to keep the cough productive, it should pass. If it doesn’t or you start getting any chest pains gp see a doc.

I bought a refrigerated bottle of orange juice with the pulp. I won’t drink it all any time soon and would like to freeze it. Will it freeze properly?
If there is like half a bottle left, go ahead and freeze it in the bottle.
Urban Ledgends at http://www.snopes.com has some info on the unsubstantiated thought that people can get cancer from plastic bottles. This is not true!!
when ready to drink your frozen juice, allow it to thaw and shake well.

I am planning on making a Fruit Pizza, and the citrus glaze I normally make uses this:
1 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
My housemate is very allergic to pineapple, so I’m wondering what sort of juice I could substitute for it, without changing the overall flavour of the pizza too much. Any suggestions?
Orange juice, apple juice, or any other juice you like will probably be just fine.
I’d pick a juice or canned nectar that compliments the dominant fruit on your pizza.
